4月24日,我院(yuan)召開學生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作會議(yi),副院(yuan)長祝(zhu)瑞花出席會議(yi)并(bing)講話,學生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作處(chu)處(chu)長湯華(hua)東(dong)部(bu)署近期工(gong)(gong)作安(an)排,宣(xuan)傳統戰部(bu)部(bu)長杜樹(shu)元就進一(yi)步加(jia)強和改(gai)進學院(yuan)宣(xuan)傳思想政治工(gong)(gong)作闡述思路打算并(bing)作工(gong)(gong)作動員。學院(yuan)各系黨(dang)總(zong)支書記、學工(gong)(gong)辦主任(ren)參加(jia)會議(yi)。
祝瑞花在(zai)講話中(zhong)指出(chu),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作必須堅(jian)持(chi)正確的政(zheng)治(zhi)方向(xiang),堅(jian)持(chi)貫徹黨(dang)的教育方針(zhen),堅(jian)持(chi)把立德樹人(ren)(ren)作為(wei)根(gen)本(ben)任務(wu),堅(jian)持(chi)全(quan)員全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)全(quan)方位育人(ren)(ren)。要遵循(xun)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)工(gong)作規律(lv),深(shen)刻理解和(he)(he)全(quan)面把握(wo)“四個(ge)全(quan)面”和(he)(he)“四個(ge)意(yi)識(shi)”的精(jing)髓要義,挖掘“四個(ge)全(quan)面”和(he)(he)“四個(ge)意(yi)識(shi)”的思想政(zheng)治(zhi)教育價值,將“四個(ge)全(quan)面”和(he)(he)“四個(ge)意(yi)識(shi)”落實(shi)(shi)到大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)教育工(gong)作中(zhong)。要遵循(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長規律(lv),緊密(mi)貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際,健全(quan)系(xi)部領導教師聯系(xi)班級、談心談話制度,在(zai)平等溝(gou)通(tong)、民主(zhu)討(tao)論、互動(dong)交流中(zhong)進行思想引導,有的放矢、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)動(dong)活潑的開展工(gong)作。要推進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作改革(ge)創(chuang)新(xin),主(zhu)動(dong)適應新(xin)形勢,準確把握(wo)新(xin)特點(dian),積極探索新(xin)方法(fa),努力(li)開辟新(xin)途徑(jing),堅(jian)持(chi)圍繞學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、關照學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、服務(wu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),做到抓實(shi)(shi)、抓小、抓常、抓過(guo)程(cheng)。要積極發揮共青團、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)會組織和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社團作用,重(zhong)(zhong)視加(jia)強第二(er)課(ke)堂建設(she),重(zhong)(zhong)視以(yi)文化人(ren)(ren)和(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)踐育人(ren)(ren),充分發揮在(zai)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)工(gong)作中(zhong)的生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)力(li)軍作用,努力(li)開創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作新(xin)局面。
湯華東在會上就(jiu)近期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)部署安(an)排。一是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)切實抓緊抓好大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)安(an)全教(jiao)育(yu),針對(dui)近期檢查中發現的安(an)全隱(yin)患(huan)進(jin)行(xing)梳理(li)分析,并制(zhi)(zhi)定好整改措(cuo)施(shi),督促有效落(luo)實,確保學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)安(an)全穩定。二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)加(jia)強心(xin)理(li)健康教(jiao)育(yu),科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)開展好大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)心(xin)理(li)健康咨詢(xun)和輔導,切實提高(gao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)人文(wen)關懷和心(xin)理(li)疏導的針對(dui)性。三是(shi)(shi)認真做(zuo)好大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)綜合(he)素(su)質測評(ping)(ping)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),各系結合(he)實際(ji)進(jin)一步(bu)修訂完善綜合(he)測評(ping)(ping)評(ping)(ping)選(xuan)辦法和具體實施(shi)細則(ze),確保測評(ping)(ping)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)公平公正。四是(shi)(shi)堅(jian)持實施(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)預警制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自主(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習的能力,為(wei)順(shun)利推進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分制(zhi)(zhi)改革(ge)保駕護航。五是(shi)(shi)進(jin)一步(bu)加(jia)強精神(shen)文(wen)明建設,弘揚優秀(xiu)傳統(tong)文(wen)化,開展豐富多彩活動,加(jia)強公寓文(wen)化建設,培養良(liang)好行(xing)為(wei)習慣,營造校園(yuan)文(wen)明風尚。
杜樹(shu)元在會上就各(ge)系(xi)黨總(zong)支嚴(yan)格落實(shi)好理論學(xue)習中心組學(xue)習制度(du)作(zuo)要求說(shuo)明,就進一步加強(qiang)和(he)(he)改(gai)進學(xue)院宣(xuan)傳(chuan)思想(xiang)政治工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)闡述思路打算(suan)并作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)動員,強(qiang)調要加強(qiang)新聞宣(xuan)傳(chuan)、輿情把控和(he)(he)陣地建設,為學(xue)院各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開展提供強(qiang)有(you)力的思想(xiang)保(bao)證、精神動力和(he)(he)良好輿論氛圍。
