三、享受(shou)人群
創(chuang)新(xin)人(ren)才是事業單位高層次人(ren)才隊伍(wu)的重(zhong)要(yao)組成部分(fen),主要(yao)是指(zhi)事業單位聘用在專業技術崗位上從(cong)事科技創(chuang)新(xin)或(huo)科技成果轉化工作(zuo)的科研人(ren)員。創(chuang)新(xin)人(ren)才由事業單位根據推動知識和科技創(chuang)新(xin)需要(yao),自主確定。
四、申辦程序和所需材(cai)料(liao)
人(ren)(ren)力(li)資源社會保(bao)障部(bu)門(men)對創(chuang)(chuang)新人(ren)(ren)才(cai)薪酬(chou)激勵措(cuo)施不(bu)作審批(pi)。經主管部(bu)門(men)同意,事(shi)業單位可自(zi)(zi)主與創(chuang)(chuang)新人(ren)(ren)才(cai)協商(shang)確定協議工資、年薪、項目工資水平(ping);可與創(chuang)(chuang)新人(ren)(ren)才(cai)協議明確配股、分紅及分配辦法;可自(zi)(zi)行確定創(chuang)(chuang)新人(ren)(ren)才(cai)突(tu)出貢獻獎獎勵額度(du);可自(zi)(zi)主與創(chuang)(chuang)新人(ren)(ren)才(cai)協商(shang)確定離崗創(chuang)(chuang)業期間(jian)的(de)基(ji)本待遇。
