鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入學習(xi)貫徹落實黨(dang)的十九大精神(shen),根據學院(yuan)黨(dang)委要求(qiu),鐵(tie)道供電與(yu)電氣工程系(xi)持續推動“大學習(xi)、大調研、大改進(jin)”,4月(yue)到6月(yue)期間,組織教師分別(bie)赴(fu)青(qing)(qing)島鴻普電氣科(ke)技有(you)(you)限公(gong)司、青(qing)(qing)島地(di)鐵(tie)有(you)(you)限公(gong)司、青(qing)(qing)島鼎佳電子有(you)(you)限公(gong)司、積成電子有(you)(you)限公(gong)司進(jin)行(xing)調研,深入了解企業人才培養(yang)需求(qiu)及學生就業與(yu)頂(ding)崗實習(xi)情況。

在青(qing)島(dao)鴻普電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)科(ke)技有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,系(xi)(xi)副主任(ren)張偉、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研室(shi)主任(ren)劉勇與該公(gong)(gong)司簽訂校企(qi)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)協議和(he)校外實習(xi)基(ji)地(di)協議,并與往屆畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生進行(xing)(xing)深(shen)入交流,了(le)解學(xue)生對(dui)學(xue)院(yuan)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程設置(zhi)、人(ren)才培(pei)養方(fang)(fang)案及(ji)學(xue)生管理工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)建(jian)(jian)議。在青(qing)島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,鐵(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)技術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)崔(cui)景萍通(tong)過與學(xue)生、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)科(ke)人(ren)員(yuan)座談,走(zou)訪車輛段等方(fang)(fang)式,了(le)解畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生和(he)實習(xi)生適應(ying)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)過程情(qing)(qing)況,掌握本專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程設置(zhi)、實訓(xun)(xun)實習(xi)等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)優點及(ji)不足。在青(qing)島(dao)鼎(ding)佳(jia)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)鮑建(jian)(jian)、劉凌通(tong)過實地(di)參觀、調(diao)研,了(le)解學(xue)生在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)情(qing)(qing)況、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才的要求(qiu)以及(ji)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)高職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的意(yi)見(jian)和(he)建(jian)(jian)議。在積成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,系(xi)(xi)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主任(ren)曾慶磊、電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)信息技術專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)江軍對(dui)學(xue)生頂崗(gang)實習(xi)情(qing)(qing)況和(he)學(xue)生在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)完成(cheng)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)設計(ji)情(qing)(qing)況進行(xing)(xing)調(diao)研,全面(mian)掌握企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才培(pei)養情(qing)(qing)況和(he)學(xue)生工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)及(ji)頂崗(gang)實習(xi)情(qing)(qing)況。

帶(dai)著問(wen)題(ti)學(xue)習(xi),針對問(wen)題(ti)調研,聚集問(wen)題(ti)整改(gai),是“大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)習(xi)、大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)調研、大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進(jin)”的核心要(yao)義。鐵道供電與電氣工(gong)(gong)程系(xi)在(zai)組(zu)織教(jiao)(jiao)師赴(fu)企(qi)業調研過程中(zhong),始(shi)終堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)問(wen)題(ti)導(dao)(dao)向原(yuan)則,堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)求(qiu)真(zhen)務(wu)實,深(shen)入(ru)基(ji)層面(mian)對面(mian)聽取(qu)企(qi)業員工(gong)(gong)、畢業學(xue)生意見建(jian)議,深(shen)入(ru)了解(jie)企(qi)業及學(xue)生的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)需求(qiu),堅(jian)(jian)決(jue)杜絕漫無目的、走馬觀花、浮光掠影式調研,防止(zhi)搞形式、走過場。對調研中(zhong)發現的問(wen)題(ti),該系(xi)召開教(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議,直面(mian)問(wen)題(ti),全(quan)面(mian)探討,明確改(gai)進(jin)路徑和(he)解(jie)決(jue)方法(fa)。下一步,該系(xi)將進(jin)一步加強領(ling)導(dao)(dao),健全(quan)機制(zhi),強化督導(dao)(dao),深(shen)入(ru)推進(jin)“大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)習(xi)、大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)調研、大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進(jin)”,確保把各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實落細,完善修訂人才(cai)培養方案(an),全(quan)面(mian)提升教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),為培養優質(zhi)(zhi)人才(cai)、助力(li)新舊動能轉換重大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程、書寫“奮進(jin)之(zhi)筆”貢(gong)獻(xian)積極力(li)量(liang)。
