9月19日,山東省機(ji)(ji)械(xie)職業教育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業建設指導委員會(以下簡(jian)稱機(ji)(ji)械(xie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)指委)在(zai)濟南召開(kai)實施“齊(qi)魯(lu)(lu)(lu)工匠(jiang)(jiang)后(hou)備(bei)(bei)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)”培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)工程研(yan)討會,研(yan)究機(ji)(ji)械(xie)類專(zhuan)(zhuan)業“齊(qi)魯(lu)(lu)(lu)工匠(jiang)(jiang)后(hou)備(bei)(bei)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)”遴選、培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)、認定標準,安排(pai)部署下一階段有關工作。本(ben)次會議的召開(kai),標志(zhi)著我省機(ji)(ji)械(xie)類專(zhuan)(zhuan)業“齊(qi)魯(lu)(lu)(lu)工匠(jiang)(jiang)后(hou)備(bei)(bei)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)”培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)工程正式啟動。
省教(jiao)育廳職教(jiao)處二級調(diao)研員孟令君出席會(hui)議(yi)并解讀山東省教(jiao)育廳關于(yu)實施(shi)“齊魯工(gong)(gong)匠后(hou)備人才”培育工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)有關文件(jian),機(ji)械(xie)專指(zhi)委(wei)秘(mi)書長、山東職業學院(yuan)(yuan)副院(yuan)(yuan)長祝瑞花對機(ji)械(xie)類專業實施(shi)“齊魯工(gong)(gong)匠后(hou)備人才”培育工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)作部署安(an)排。職教(jiao)處高(gao)曉琛主任出席會(hui)議(yi),高(gao)職機(ji)械(xie)設計制(zhi)造(zao)類、機(ji)電設備類、自動化(hua)類、船舶(bo)與海洋(yang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備類、航空裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備類、汽(qi)車制(zhi)造(zao)類,中職加(jia)工(gong)(gong)制(zhi)造(zao)類牽頭單位院(yuan)(yuan)系負責人、標準主要執筆(bi)人參加(jia)會(hui)議(yi)。濟南(nan)燦態信息技術有限公司協(xie)辦研討會(hui)。
會(hui)議(yi)立(li)足機(ji)械(xie)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)實(shi)際,針對(dui)機(ji)械(xie)類專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)特點(dian),圍繞培養具有(you)(you)“匠(jiang)氣 匠(jiang)心 匠(jiang)技”優秀職校學(xue)生總體目(mu)標(biao),就(jiu)機(ji)械(xie)類專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)“齊(qi)(qi)魯(lu)工匠(jiang)后備人(ren)才”遴(lin)選、培育、認定標(biao)準及(ji)實(shi)施方案進(jin)行(xing)深入交流研討并達成初步共識。本次(ci)會(hui)議(yi)對(dui)于推進(jin)“齊(qi)(qi)魯(lu)工匠(jiang)后備人(ren)才”培育工程(cheng)落地落實(shi),推動其他專(zhuan)指委(wei)加(jia)快開展(zhan)相關工作具有(you)(you)一定參考(kao)借鑒(jian)意(yi)義。
齊魯(lu)工(gong)匠后備人才,是指(zhi)主要(yao)面向(xiang)我省(sheng)新(xin)舊(jiu)動能(neng)轉換(huan)重(zhong)大(da)工(gong)程(cheng)“十強(qiang)”產(chan)業,適(shi)應新(xin)技術、新(xin)產(chan)業、新(xin)業態(tai)、新(xin)模式要(yao)求,由職業院校和行業企業共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)遴選、共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)培(pei)育、共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)認定,能(neng)夠弘(hong)揚齊魯(lu)文(wen)化、傳承班(ban)墨精(jing)神、精(jing)修技術技能(neng)、勇于創新(xin)創業、發揮示范作(zuo)用,具有“匠氣(qi) 匠心 匠技”的優秀職校學生。
實施“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠后備人才”培(pei)育(yu)工(gong)程(cheng),是省教(jiao)育(yu)廳深(shen)入(ru)貫徹黨(dang)的十九大精神(shen),建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)知識型(xing)、技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)型(xing)、創新型(xing)勞動者大軍,助力“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠”建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)程(cheng),服務新舊動能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉換重大工(gong)程(cheng)等(deng)重大戰略(lve),為(wei)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)經濟(ji)文化(hua)強省提供高素質技(ji)術(shu)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人才支撐的一項重要舉措,旨在通過構建(jian)(jian)(jian)常態(tai)化(hua)培(pei)育(yu)機制(zhi),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立各(ge)省級職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)專業(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)指導委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)統(tong)籌管理指導、職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)和(he)行業(ye)企業(ye)協同(tong)培(pei)育(yu)的體系,到2022年,面向全省職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)全日(ri)制(zhi)在校(xiao)生,培(pei)育(yu)認(ren)定10萬名左右(you)“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠后備人才”。
為高質量(liang)做好機械類(lei)專(zhuan)業“齊(qi)魯工(gong)匠(jiang)后(hou)備人(ren)才”遴選(xuan)培(pei)育(yu)認(ren)定(ding)(ding)(ding)工(gong)作,按照(zhao)《山(shan)東省(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)廳關于實施(shi)“齊(qi)魯工(gong)匠(jiang)后(hou)備人(ren)才”培(pei)育(yu)工(gong)程的(de)通知》要求,機械專(zhuan)指委(wei)將分專(zhuan)業類(lei)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)遴選(xuan)標(biao)(biao)準、培(pei)育(yu)標(biao)(biao)準和(he)認(ren)定(ding)(ding)(ding)標(biao)(biao)準,指導各地、各職業院校(xiao)遴選(xuan)培(pei)養對象、開展培(pei)養工(gong)作以及做好年(nian)度考(kao)核(he)和(he)終期考(kao)核(he)認(ren)定(ding)(ding)(ding)工(gong)作。工(gong)作分年(nian)度組織,自(zi)2018年(nian)起至2022年(nian),每(mei)年(nian)遴選(xuan)一批,2018年(nian)為2150名(ming),培(pei)育(yu)期滿后(hou)按時(shi)進行(xing)認(ren)定(ding)(ding)(ding)。
根據(ju)會(hui)議部署安排,機械(xie)專(zhuan)指(zhi)委指(zhi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)各專(zhuan)業(ye)類牽頭(tou)單位(wei)將(jiang)(jiang)首先開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)標(biao)準制定(ding)(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)。標(biao)準制定(ding)(ding)堅持(chi)(chi)瞄準生產(chan)一線(xian),與(yu)最新專(zhuan)業(ye)教學(xue)標(biao)準、職業(ye)標(biao)準和(he)(he)行業(ye)標(biao)準、崗(gang)位(wei)規范相(xiang)對(dui)接(jie),做到(dao)具體化、可度量、可檢(jian)驗、可操作(zuo),確保遴選、培(pei)育和(he)(he)認(ren)定(ding)(ding)標(biao)準清(qing)晰明(ming)(ming)確,為(wei)培(pei)育工(gong)程(cheng)奠定(ding)(ding)堅實(shi)(shi)基礎。其中,培(pei)育標(biao)準的(de)制定(ding)(ding)明(ming)(ming)確要(yao)求,要(yao)突(tu)出“匠(jiang)心”培(pei)養、“匠(jiang)技”增強和(he)(he)創新創業(ye)意識與(yu)創業(ye)實(shi)(shi)踐能力的(de)提升(sheng)。后(hou)續開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)遴選、培(pei)育和(he)(he)認(ren)定(ding)(ding)工(gong)作(zuo),將(jiang)(jiang)牢(lao)固樹(shu)立質量第一的(de)價(jia)值理念(nian),并貫(guan)穿到(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)各環節、全領域、全過程(cheng),確保后(hou)備人(ren)才順(shun)利入職入行。培(pei)育工(gong)程(cheng)整體實(shi)(shi)施過程(cheng),堅持(chi)(chi)做到(dao)著眼于山東新舊動能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換實(shi)(shi)際,突(tu)出反映產(chan)業(ye)科技進步和(he)(he)經濟(ji)社會(hui)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型升(sheng)級(ji)及發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)趨(qu)勢(shi),反映職業(ye)與(yu)職業(ye)教育未來發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)方向(xiang),使(shi)之適應“齊(qi)魯工(gong)匠(jiang)后(hou)備人(ren)才”終(zhong)身發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)山東實(shi)(shi)際需要(yao)。
