9月28日,鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工程(cheng)系(xi)開展(zhan)了緊急疏散(san)演習(xi)活(huo)動(dong),隨著響起的陣陣哨聲,該系(xi)2017級全體(ti)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)用毛巾掩鼻,彎腰從各個宿舍樓(lou)內(nei)進入學校西(xi)籃球場集(ji)合。從疏散(san)到(dao)(dao)集(ji)合,500多名新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)共用時間不到(dao)(dao)5分鐘!
在演(yan)(yan)練(lian)前,該系制定了(le)嚴(yan)(yan)密(mi)的(de)演(yan)(yan)練(lian)方案(an),組織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)生干(gan)部多次(ci)召開安(an)全(quan)演(yan)(yan)練(lian)專(zhuan)題會(hui)議,著重強調(diao)演(yan)(yan)練(lian)過程中可能(neng)出(chu)現的(de)安(an)全(quan)問題,對(dui)各(ge)班的(de)疏散(san)路線作出(chu)周密(mi)布置(zhi),并安(an)排大(da)二學(xue)(xue)生在每(mei)幢宿舍樓的(de)不(bu)同(tong)樓層、拐角、過道等處(chu)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)協(xie)助疏散(san),確保演(yan)(yan)練(lian)安(an)全(quan)而有序地進(jin)行(xing)(xing)。演(yan)(yan)練(lian)后(hou),輔導員李井銘(ming)老師進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)總結,提醒同(tong)學(xue)(xue)們注意用(yong)電(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan),嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)使(shi)用(yong)大(da)功率電(dian)(dian)器,防(fang)(fang)止火災發生,希望全(quan)體同(tong)學(xue)(xue)能(neng)正(zheng)確掌握防(fang)(fang)災減災的(de)方法,切實提高自救自護的(de)技能(neng)。
近年來(lai),鐵道供(gong)電與(yu)電氣工(gong)(gong)程系(xi)重視學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu),堅持(chi)每學(xue)年組織(zhi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)安(an)(an)全(quan)疏散演練(lian)(lian),并通過QQ群、微信、微博等(deng)多種(zhong)渠(qu)道宣傳安(an)(an)全(quan)知識,采(cai)用開展安(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu)主(zhu)題班會、講座等(deng)多種(zhong)措(cuo)施加強安(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作,努(nu)力(li)做到(dao)未雨綢繆、居安(an)(an)思(si)危(wei),確保學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)人身安(an)(an)全(quan)。日(ri)后,該系(xi)將不斷建立健全(quan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)風險防范(fan)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),抓好安(an)(an)全(quan)隱患排查整治;建立健全(quan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu)培訓機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),加大(da)教育(yu)培訓力(li)度(du);建立健全(quan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)危(wei)機(ji)(ji)處置機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),加強應急演練(lian)(lian)、強化(hua)(hua)應急管(guan)理,堅持(chi)演練(lian)(lian)制(zhi)度(du)不放松(song),做到(dao)演練(lian)(lian)制(zhi)度(du)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua);建立健全(quan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)常(chang)抓機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),推動學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作規范(fan)化(hua)(hua),真正擰(ning)好、擰(ning)緊學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu)的(de)“閥門”。
