5月(yue)12日,黨委(wei)書記高磊在(zai)圖書行政樓第(di)一會議(yi)室主持(chi)召開了黨委(wei)理論學習中心組(擴(kuo)大)2021年5月(yue)份(fen)第(di)一次集體學習會。
會議學習(xi)了(le)《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共(gong)(gong)產黨(dang)統一戰線工(gong)作條例(li)》第一章、第二章,習(xi)近平《論中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共(gong)(gong)產黨(dang)歷(li)史(shi)》中(zhong)(zhong)的“正確認識改革開放前(qian)和(he)改革開放后兩個(ge)歷(li)史(shi)時期”“知(zhi)史(shi)愛黨(dang),知(zhi)史(shi)愛國(guo)(guo)”和(he)“學習(xi)黨(dang)史(shi)、國(guo)(guo)史(shi)是堅持和(he)發展中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色社會主義的必修課”。
高磊指出,黨(dang)的(de)(de)十(shi)八大(da)以(yi)來(lai),習(xi)近平總書記高度重視(shi)黨(dang)史(shi)的(de)(de)學習(xi),圍繞中(zhong)國共產黨(dang)歷(li)史(shi)發表(biao)了系列重要(yao)(yao)(yao)論(lun)(lun)述(shu),集中(zhong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)現(xian)在(zai)習(xi)近平《論(lun)(lun)中(zhong)國共產黨(dang)歷(li)史(shi)》一書中(zhong)。這些重要(yao)(yao)(yao)論(lun)(lun)述(shu),體(ti)(ti)(ti)現(xian)著(zhu)我們黨(dang)對自身(shen)歷(li)史(shi)的(de)(de)一貫立場和態度,體(ti)(ti)(ti)現(xian)了我們黨(dang)對學習(xi)運用(yong)黨(dang)的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)性(xing)和必要(yao)(yao)(yao)性(xing)的(de)(de)深刻認識,是習(xi)近平新時代中(zhong)國特(te)色社會(hui)主義(yi)思想(xiang)的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)組成(cheng)部(bu)分。全校領導干(gan)部(bu)和廣大(da)黨(dang)員必須用(yong)腦用(yong)心(xin)用(yong)情學習(xi),真正(zheng)學深學細學精,在(zai)工作實踐中(zhong)抓好貫徹落實。
高磊(lei)強調(diao),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習習近平《論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)(dang)歷(li)史(shi)》,關(guan)鍵是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)理(li)論(lun)聯系實(shi)(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),切實(shi)(shi)用(yong)總書(shu)記(ji)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)論(lun)述(shu)指(zhi)導(dao)實(shi)(shi)踐推(tui)動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅(jian)持走(zou)自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)路。總書(shu)記(ji)說:“三(san)十(shi)多年(nian)來,我(wo)(wo)們(men)能(neng)夠創造(zao)出(chu)人(ren)(ren)類歷(li)史(shi)上前(qian)無古人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展成(cheng)就,走(zou)出(chu)了(le)正(zheng)確道路是(shi)(shi)(shi)根(gen)本原因”。就學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校而(er)(er)言,我(wo)(wo)們(men)積(ji)(ji)極探索(suo)類型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)背景下職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)才培養規律(lv),在省內率先實(shi)(shi)施完全學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分制改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)、率先推(tui)行“書(shu)院制”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)模式改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)、面向行業(ye)產業(ye)實(shi)(shi)施“以群建院”等(deng),我(wo)(wo)們(men)培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)懂技(ji)術,還要(yao)會生(sheng)(sheng)活,更要(yao)有品位,這(zhe)些(xie)(xie)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)們(men)研透國(guo)家(jia)政(zheng)策文件(jian)結(jie)合學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)際而(er)(er)謀定的(de)(de)(de),這(zhe)些(xie)(xie)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)和(he)(he)提法領先于省內其他高校,并取(qu)得(de)了(le)初步成(cheng)效,推(tui)動了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)現更高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)順(shun)應(ying)世界(jie)大勢。“世界(jie)潮流,浩(hao)浩(hao)蕩蕩,順(shun)之(zhi)(zhi)則昌(chang),逆之(zhi)(zhi)則亡”。我(wo)(wo)們(men)順(shun)應(ying)大勢,緊抓(zhua)獨立(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院轉設(she)的(de)(de)(de)機遇,積(ji)(ji)極推(tui)進轉設(she)升(sheng)本工作,籌(chou)建山東(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。目(mu)前(qian)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高地(di)建設(she)已成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)(fa)展大勢,我(wo)(wo)們(men)必須(xu)因勢利導(dao)、順(shun)勢而(er)(er)為(wei)(wei),在時代前(qian)進潮流中(zhong)(zhong)把握主動,贏得(de)發(fa)(fa)展。三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)代表最廣大人(ren)(ren)民根(gen)本利益。總書(shu)記(ji)說:“我(wo)(wo)們(men)黨(dang)(dang)之(zhi)(zhi)所以得(de)到人(ren)(ren)民擁護和(he)(he)支持,就是(shi)(shi)(shi)因為(wei)(wei)能(neng)始(shi)終(zhong)代表中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)最廣大人(ren)(ren)民根(gen)本利益”。就學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校而(er)(er)言,我(wo)(wo)們(men)堅(jian)持“以教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師為(wei)(wei)主體(ti)、以學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)改(gai)善辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件(jian),提升(sheng)師生(sheng)(sheng)幸福指(zhi)數(shu)。引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工把個人(ren)(ren)發(fa)(fa)展與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校發(fa)(fa)展相結(jie)合,小我(wo)(wo)融入(ru)大我(wo)(wo),在融入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校發(fa)(fa)展大局(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)現更好發(fa)(fa)展。四(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)加強黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)自身建設(she)。黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)取(qu)得(de)勝利的(de)(de)(de)三(san)大法寶之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校要(yao)想實(shi)(shi)現高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展,必須(xu)做強內功,練好“鐵布衫”,進一(yi)(yi)步加強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)、管理(li)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)建設(she),不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)提升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)課堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)力(li)、科(ke)研能(neng)力(li),不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)提升(sheng)服(fu)務管理(li)水平。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅(jian)定中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社(she)會主義自信(xin)(xin)。“自信(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)二百年(nian),會當水擊三(san)千(qian)里”。對我(wo)(wo)們(men)而(er)(er)言,目(mu)前(qian)正(zheng)處于爬坡(po)過坎的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵時期(qi),只(zhi)有全校師生(sheng)(sheng)擰成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)股(gu)繩、凝聚一(yi)(yi)條心,堅(jian)定打造(zao)“打造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)最好的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”“創建中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)‘山職(zhi)(zhi)’樣本”的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)心,勇(yong)往直前(qian)、奮勇(yong)拼搏(bo),才能(neng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)開(kai)創新局(ju)。
高磊指(zhi)出,思政課要加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)理(li)想(xiang)信念教育(yu)(yu),在學生(sheng)中加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)四(si)史(shi)(shi)(shi)特別是黨(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)教育(yu)(yu),堅持(chi)用社會主義核心價值(zhi)觀引領(ling)知識傳(chuan)授,引導(dao)學生(sheng)牢(lao)固樹立“四(si)個意識”,堅定“四(si)個自信”,立志肩負起(qi)民族復興(xing)的時(shi)代重任(ren)。思政課教師要不(bu)(bu)斷拓寬歷史(shi)(shi)(shi)視野,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)“四(si)史(shi)(shi)(shi)”的理(li)論(lun)研(yan)究(jiu),充(chong)分(fen)挖(wa)掘歷史(shi)(shi)(shi)資源,不(bu)(bu)斷提升(sheng)教學的歷史(shi)(shi)(shi)深度,通(tong)過(guo)生(sheng)動、深入、具體的縱橫比較(jiao),把一些道理(li)講(jiang)明白、講(jiang)清楚(chu)。
高磊(lei)強(qiang)調,《中國共產黨統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線工(gong)作條(tiao)例》的修訂和實施,是新(xin)(xin)時代加強(qiang)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線制度體系建(jian)(jian)設(she)的重要舉措,為(wei)“十四(si)五(wu)”期間乃至未來更長時期黨的統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線事(shi)業(ye)注入(ru)了強(qiang)大動力(li)(li),具有(you)深刻意義。我們必須要以高度的政治責任感(gan)和歷史使命感(gan),加強(qiang)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線工(gong)作的謀劃部(bu)署。各(ge)級黨組織要認真組織學習《條(tiao)例》,把(ba)握和落實統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)作新(xin)(xin)要求。不(bu)斷創新(xin)(xin)統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)作方式方法,把(ba)廣(guang)大統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成員緊緊團結在黨的周圍(wei),引導他(ta)們立(li)(li)足本職建(jian)(jian)功立(li)(li)業(ye)。為(wei)譜寫(xie)學校高質量發展(zhan)新(xin)(xin)篇章貢獻統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)力(li)(li)量。
