為了增強師生心(xin)理健(jian)康意識(shi),普及宣傳(chuan)心(xin)理健(jian)康知(zhi)識(shi),我(wo)院在第十五屆心(xin)理健(jian)康節期間舉辦了優(you)秀(xiu)心(xin)理健(jian)康教育主題班會評(ping)選(xuan)活(huo)動(dong),17個班會活(huo)動(dong)獲評(ping)一(yi)二三等(deng)獎。
此次評選活(huo)動自開展以(yi)(yi)來(lai),各(ge)系高度重視(shi),積極準備,精心(xin)策劃。師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)共同(tong)構(gou)思班(ban)(ban)(ban)會主(zhu)題(ti),確定班(ban)(ban)(ban)會內容,認真設(she)計每一個(ge)環節,形(xing)成(cheng)班(ban)(ban)(ban)會方案(an)。班(ban)(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任、輔(fu)導員親自主(zhu)持班(ban)(ban)(ban)會,與同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)親密互(hu)動,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)關注(zhu)心(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang),極大提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)(le)心(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教育(yu)(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)班(ban)(ban)(ban)會的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)效(xiao)果。如劉勇老(lao)師(shi)(shi)召(zhao)開的(de)(de)(de)(de)“情緒的(de)(de)(de)(de)調節與管理(li)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會,擺脫了(le)(le)傳(chuan)統說教的(de)(de)(de)(de)模式,采用了(le)(le)心(xin)理(li)劇(ju)表演、觀(guan)看(kan)心(xin)理(li)短片與師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)交流相結合的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式,深(shen)深(shen)地吸引住了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)。欒(luan)金志老(lao)師(shi)(shi)召(zhao)開“陽光心(xin)態伴我(wo)成(cheng)長”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會,通過自由討論、互(hu)動游戲、歌(ge)唱等形(xing)式提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)參與熱情,達到預期效(xiao)果。殷巖峰老(lao)師(shi)(shi)組織的(de)(de)(de)(de)“讓(rang)陽光照進心(xin)扉”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會走出教室,來(lai)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)小西(xi)湖(hu)邊,以(yi)(yi)輕松的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式與同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)暢談,引發同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)共鳴,提(ti)升(sheng)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)對(dui)心(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)認知。同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)紛紛表示,這種班(ban)(ban)(ban)會形(xing)式是以(yi)(yi)往(wang)較少接觸的(de)(de)(de)(de),傳(chuan)達的(de)(de)(de)(de)知識與理(li)念易于(yu)接受,提(ti)高了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)對(dui)心(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關注(zhu)度,增強了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)理(li)素質(zhi),掀起(qi)了(le)(le)關注(zhu)心(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱潮。
