為更(geng)好(hao)引導大學生心理健(jian)康成(cheng)長,提升輔(fu)導員心理健(jian)康教(jiao)育(yu)理論素(su)養,扎實推進(jin)心理育(yu)人工(gong)作,4月2日,我(wo)院邀(yao)請山東中醫藥(yao)大學王維勛教(jiao)授到校做心理健(jian)康工(gong)作指導。各(ge)系黨(dang)總支(zhi)書記、全體輔(fu)導員參加座(zuo)談會,學生工(gong)作處處長劉紅主持(chi)活動。

王維勛針對(dui)輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)(dao)員心(xin)(xin)(xin)理育人工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)遇(yu)到(dao)的(de)案(an)例(li)進行講解(jie),分析問(wen)題背后(hou)的(de)原因及應對(dui)方式,用心(xin)(xin)(xin)理專業知識引導(dao)(dao)(dao)老師(shi)對(dui)案(an)例(li)提出(chu)針對(dui)性的(de)解(jie)決(jue)措施,與(yu)老師(shi)們一(yi)起(qi)探(tan)討如何更有(you)效地(di)做好學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。他表示,育人育心(xin)(xin)(xin),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)才能健康成(cheng)長。要(yao)(yao)規范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機制(zhi),防(fang)范(fan)風險發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)要(yao)(yao)多看、多聽、多問(wen)。劉(liu)紅(hong)在總結(jie)講話中(zhong)指出(chu),做好心(xin)(xin)(xin)理育人工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),需要(yao)(yao)輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)(dao)員對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)有(you)愛心(xin)(xin)(xin)、有(you)耐心(xin)(xin)(xin)、有(you)恒心(xin)(xin)(xin),陪(pei)伴他們順利(li)渡過這一(yi)成(cheng)長困惑期。通過本次座談,老師(shi)們對(dui)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理危(wei)機預(yu)警與(yu)干預(yu)、心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健康服(fu)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方法等有(you)了更深入的(de)認識,為(wei)開展好學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想教育和心(xin)(xin)(xin)理疏導(dao)(dao)(dao)、轉變問(wen)題學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、引導(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)走出(chu)不良情緒(xu)提供了新的(de)方法和啟發。
