6月28日(ri),食(shi)品文化周系列活(huo)動(dong)之傳統飲(yin)食(shi)文化講(jiang)壇(tan)開講(jiang),生(sheng)物工(gong)程系李珍祖博士擔(dan)任(ren)主講(jiang)。學(xue)院(yuan)團委副書記(ji)劉向平、生(sheng)物工(gong)程系主任(ren)張(zhang)守忠(zhong)、黨總支書記(ji)王廣勇出席活(huo)動(dong)。
李珍(zhen)祖(zu)老師(shi)從“飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)歷史(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)民(min)俗(su)”“中(zhong)國(guo)飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)文化(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)(yu)美(mei)學(xue)(xue)”“歲時飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文化(hua)(hua)傳承”三個(ge)方面向同(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)講授了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)傳統(tong)飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文化(hua)(hua)。通過(guo)《史(shi)(shi)記》《孔子論飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)》等(deng),準確為同(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)講述了(le)古人眼(yan)中(zhong)的美(mei)食(shi)(shi)(shi)和中(zhong)國(guo)飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)文化(hua)(hua)的特點,并(bing)用盛、藝、雅、精、奇五個(ge)字概括了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)文化(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)(yu)美(mei)學(xue)(xue)。最后,李老師(shi)用享(xiang)受自然、順應時令、怡悅親情(qing)、寄托(tuo)情(qing)懷總結了(le)歲時飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文化(hua)(hua)傳承。
演講現場,同學們認真傾聽,細(xi)(xi)細(xi)(xi)品味中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)傳(chuan)統飲(yin)(yin)食文化(hua)之美,感(gan)受中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)飲(yin)(yin)食文化(hua)藝術。通過講座,同學們進一(yi)步加深了(le)對中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)傳(chuan)統飲(yin)(yin)食文化(hua)的認識,從視覺和聽覺感(gan)受了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)文化(hua)的博大精(jing)深。
