鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入學習貫徹落實(shi)黨的十九大(da)(da)精(jing)神,根據學院黨委(wei)要求,鐵(tie)道(dao)供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工程系持續(xu)推動(dong)“大(da)(da)學習、大(da)(da)調(diao)研、大(da)(da)改進(jin)”,4月到6月期間,組織教師分別(bie)赴青島鴻(hong)普電(dian)氣科技有限(xian)公(gong)司、青島地(di)鐵(tie)有限(xian)公(gong)司、青島鼎佳電(dian)子有限(xian)公(gong)司、積成電(dian)子有限(xian)公(gong)司進(jin)行(xing)調(diao)研,深入了解企業人才培養需求及學生就業與頂(ding)崗實(shi)習情況。

在(zai)青(qing)島鴻普電氣科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,系副主任(ren)張偉、電氣自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)室主任(ren)劉(liu)勇與該公(gong)(gong)司簽訂(ding)校企合(he)作(zuo)協(xie)議(yi)和(he)校外實(shi)(shi)習基地(di)(di)協(xie)議(yi),并與往屆畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進行深入交流,了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)院專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課程設置、人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)方案及(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)工作(zuo)等(deng)方面(mian)建(jian)議(yi)。在(zai)青(qing)島地(di)(di)鐵(tie)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,鐵(tie)道供電技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)崔(cui)景萍(ping)通過(guo)(guo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、培(pei)訓科(ke)人(ren)員座談(tan),走訪車輛段(duan)等(deng)方式(shi),了解畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和(he)實(shi)(shi)習生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)適應(ying)工作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)程情(qing)(qing)況,掌握(wo)(wo)本專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課程設置、實(shi)(shi)訓實(shi)(shi)習等(deng)方面(mian)優點(dian)及(ji)不足。在(zai)青(qing)島鼎(ding)佳電子有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,電氣自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)鮑(bao)建(jian)、劉(liu)凌通過(guo)(guo)實(shi)(shi)地(di)(di)參觀(guan)、調研(yan),了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的工作(zuo)情(qing)(qing)況、企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對電氣自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)的要(yao)求以及(ji)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對高職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工作(zuo)的意見和(he)建(jian)議(yi)。在(zai)積成電子有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,系就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主任(ren)曾慶磊、電子信息技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)江軍對學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)習情(qing)(qing)況和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)完成畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)設計情(qing)(qing)況進行調研(yan),全(quan)面(mian)掌握(wo)(wo)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)情(qing)(qing)況和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)及(ji)頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)習情(qing)(qing)況。

帶著問(wen)(wen)題(ti)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),針對問(wen)(wen)題(ti)調(diao)研(yan),聚(ju)集問(wen)(wen)題(ti)整改(gai)(gai),是“大學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大調(diao)研(yan)、大改(gai)(gai)進(jin)”的(de)(de)核心要(yao)義。鐵道供電與(yu)電氣(qi)工(gong)(gong)程系在組織教(jiao)(jiao)師赴企(qi)業(ye)調(diao)研(yan)過程中(zhong),始終堅(jian)持(chi)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)導(dao)(dao)向原則,堅(jian)持(chi)求(qiu)真務實,深入基層面(mian)(mian)對面(mian)(mian)聽取企(qi)業(ye)員工(gong)(gong)、畢(bi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)意見建議,深入了解企(qi)業(ye)及學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育需求(qiu),堅(jian)決杜(du)絕漫(man)無(wu)目(mu)的(de)(de)、走馬觀花(hua)、浮(fu)光掠影式調(diao)研(yan),防止(zhi)搞(gao)形(xing)式、走過場。對調(diao)研(yan)中(zhong)發現的(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),該(gai)系召開教(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作會議,直面(mian)(mian)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),全(quan)面(mian)(mian)探討,明確改(gai)(gai)進(jin)路徑(jing)和解決方(fang)法。下一(yi)步,該(gai)系將進(jin)一(yi)步加強領導(dao)(dao),健全(quan)機制,強化(hua)督(du)導(dao)(dao),深入推(tui)進(jin)“大學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大調(diao)研(yan)、大改(gai)(gai)進(jin)”,確保把各項工(gong)(gong)作落實落細(xi),完善修訂人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養方(fang)案,全(quan)面(mian)(mian)提升教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang),為(wei)培(pei)(pei)養優質(zhi)人才(cai)(cai)、助(zhu)力新舊動(dong)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換重大工(gong)(gong)程、書寫“奮進(jin)之筆”貢獻積極(ji)力量(liang)。
