為進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步加強工(gong)(gong)作統籌,推(tui)動工(gong)(gong)作落實,7月11日,學院召開優質(zhi)校建(jian)設推(tui)進(jin)(jin)會暨2018年(nian)上半年(nian)工(gong)(gong)作總結會,黨委書記王榮昌主持會議(yi)(yi),學院領導(dao)、優質(zhi)校各項目組有(you)(you)關同(tong)志(zhi)(zhi),學生處(chu)、招生就業處(chu)、財務(wu)處(chu)、資產管理處(chu)、總務(wu)處(chu)、安全保衛處(chu)有(you)(you)關同(tong)志(zhi)(zhi)參(can)加會議(yi)(yi)。
會議聽取(qu)了優質(zhi)校項目整體建設情況(kuang)(kuang),9個項目組(zu)建設情況(kuang)(kuang),資(zi)產采購(gou)、資(zi)金支出進展情況(kuang)(kuang)及有(you)關職能部門(men)上半年工(gong)作(zuo)落實情況(kuang)(kuang)的(de)匯報,分析了當前優質(zhi)校建設及學生管(guan)理、安(an)全穩定等工(gong)作(zuo)存在的(de)問題和不足,對做好下一步工(gong)作(zuo)進行了安(an)排部署(shu)。
會議(yi)認為(wei),今年(nian)以來特(te)別是上次(ci)優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項目(mu)建設(she)(she)專(zhuan)題(ti)會議(yi)以來,各項目(mu)組按照進度安排和會議(yi)要求群策群力、加(jia)班(ban)加(jia)點(dian)開展(zhan)建設(she)(she)工作,有些(xie)任(ren)務目(mu)標(biao)已(yi)經超計劃完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng),有些(xie)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)難度較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da)的(de)工作項目(mu)已(yi)經找到了替代方案,整個(ge)建設(she)(she)工作取得了較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)顯著(zhu)的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)績。但目(mu)前優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項目(mu)建設(she)(she)進度不均衡,有些(xie)項目(mu)進展(zhan)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)緩(huan)慢,資(zi)產招(zhao)投標(biao)、資(zi)金(jin)支出滯后,有些(xie)任(ren)務建設(she)(she)現狀距(ju)離目(mu)標(biao)差距(ju)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da),個(ge)別建設(she)(she)項目(mu)的(de)瓶(ping)頸問題(ti)仍(reng)(reng)未解決(jue)。相對于建成(cheng)(cheng)國內(nei)領先(xian)、國際先(xian)進的(de)優(you)質(zhi)高職院校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)目(mu)標(biao)而言,我校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)建設(she)(she)壓力仍(reng)(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da)、困難仍(reng)(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)多,必須依(yi)靠(kao)(kao)創新開拓新思路,依(yi)靠(kao)(kao)苦干(gan)實干(gan)干(gan)出新成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)。
會議要求,一(yi)(yi)是優(you)(you)勢(shi)力(li)量聚焦優(you)(you)質校(xiao),把優(you)(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)作(zuo)為學院工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。各(ge)單位(部(bu)門)要服從、服務于優(you)(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)大局,把精力(li)向(xiang)優(you)(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)集(ji)中(zhong),統一(yi)(yi)思想(xiang)(xiang)、統一(yi)(yi)步(bu)調、統一(yi)(yi)行(xing)(xing)動(dong),全力(li)以赴做好這項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)。年終考核中(zhong)加大優(you)(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),強化(hua)(hua)正向(xiang)激勵,努力(li)形成(cheng)干事創業的(de)(de)(de)良(liang)好氛圍(wei)。二是瞄準重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)指標,在提升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)成(cheng)效(xiao)上下功夫。把建(jian)(jian)設(she)國家級(ji)、省級(ji)標志性(xing)成(cheng)果和技術服務到款額、科技成(cheng)果轉化(hua)(hua)等具有橫向(xiang)可比(bi)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)量化(hua)(hua)指標作(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)設(she)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian),進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)解放思想(xiang)(xiang),針對重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)指標和重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)難(nan)點(dian)(dian)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)切實拿出真(zhen)招(zhao)(zhao)、實招(zhao)(zhao)、硬招(zhao)(zhao),破解建(jian)(jian)設(she)難(nan)題(ti),提升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)成(cheng)效(xiao)。三是把握暑假(jia)關(guan)鍵節(jie)點(dian)(dian),推動(dong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)成(cheng)果再(zai)上新臺階(jie)。各(ge)項(xiang)目組(zu)要利(li)用暑期時間充足的(de)(de)(de)優(you)(you)勢(shi),集(ji)眾人之力(li)、匯(hui)眾人之智,集(ji)中(zhong)攻關(guan)解決難(nan)題(ti)。各(ge)單位(部(bu)門)要樹立一(yi)(yi)盤棋的(de)(de)(de)思想(xiang)(xiang),通力(li)配合、全力(li)支持(chi)優(you)(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo),對建(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)遇到的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),要主(zhu)動(dong)協助解決,推動(dong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目順(shun)利(li)進行(xing)(xing)。
會議認(ren)為(wei)(wei),今年(nian)以來各有關職能(neng)處室按照(zhao)年(nian)初工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要點(dian),做了(le)大量卓有成效的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),為(wei)(wei)優(you)(you)(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)提供(gong)了(le)有力(li)保障,但仍存在一(yi)些薄弱環節,需進一(yi)步加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)。會議要求,一(yi)是做實(shi)做細學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。根據學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)特點(dian)強(qiang)(qiang)化分類管(guan)理(li),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)紀(ji)律意識,提高(gao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)遵守(shou)紀(ji)律法制的(de)自覺(jue)性。抓好養(yang)成教育,培(pei)養(yang)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)良好的(de)衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)習(xi)慣、節能(neng)環保習(xi)慣等。二(er)是抓牢(lao)抓好安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育,排(pai)除安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患,提高(gao)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處理(li)突發事件的(de)能(neng)力(li),打造平(ping)安(an)(an)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),為(wei)(wei)優(you)(you)(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)營造安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)穩定(ding)的(de)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)環境。把留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)納入學(xue)院安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)的(de)重要內容,配(pei)備充足人員、強(qiang)(qiang)化日常管(guan)理(li),確保學(xue)習(xi)活(huo)動(dong)順(shun)利(li)完成。三是安(an)(an)排(pai)部(bu)署(shu)好假(jia)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。暑期(qi)優(you)(you)(you)質校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)、綜合改革、校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)基礎(chu)設(she)施整修等任務繁重,外(wai)出培(pei)訓(xun)的(de)領導干部(bu)也(ye)比較多,假(jia)前各單(dan)位(wei)(部(bu)門)負(fu)責(ze)人要提前安(an)(an)排(pai)部(bu)署(shu)好工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),確保各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)順(shun)利(li)進行。各部(bu)門之間也(ye)要加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)協調溝(gou)通,打好配(pei)合戰,為(wei)(wei)暑期(qi)各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)順(shun)利(li)開展提供(gong)便利(li)服務。
